Sociologist by the UNAM in Mexico and master in applied cultural analysis by the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. He is evaluation consultant in projects and policies related to inclusive development, working for governments and the public and private sector in Mexico and Latin America. He is founder and director of Mutua Social Research and Innovation, an applied social research consultancy firm based in Mexico. He is currently the co-chair of EvalYouth LAC and active member ACEVAL.
